Go to Connections in the sidebar. Find the device you want to connect (Fitbit, Oura, Garmin, Whoop, Withings, etc.) and click Connect. You'll be redirected to authorize access, then data syncs automatically. For Apple Health or Google Health Connect, you must use the SynthVitals mobile app.

Navigate to Labs → Documents → Upload New File. Drag and drop a PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC file (up to 10 MB). Our AI extracts biomarkers automatically — processing usually takes 1–2 minutes. For best results, use the original PDF from your lab's patient portal.

SynthVitals uses HIPAA-eligible AI infrastructure to generate personalized health insights. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never used to train AI models, and is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.

My Synth is your AI Health Laboratory — an interactive prediction system that lets you adjust lifestyle variables (sleep, activity, nutrition, etc.) using sliders and see how changes would affect your projected health score in real-time. It also shows how each body system (Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Recovery, Stress) would be impacted.

Experiments let you run personal health trials with before/after comparisons. Set a hypothesis (e.g., “sleeping 8 hours will improve my HRV”), track a baseline period of normal behavior, then apply your intervention and measure the impact. You get statistical analysis showing if the change was significant. Start from My Synth's Test This For Real button or from the Experiments page.

Go to Log → Food. You can log meals using AI food recognition (camera), barcode scanning, searching the USDA database (400,000+ foods), or manual entry. Track calories, macros, and set daily nutrition goals. Food logs also sync to Apple Health and Health Connect via the mobile app.

Click the floating chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page. Synthia can answer health questions, log water, food, and medications, start fasts, create goals and alarms, set up follow-ups, and even create support tickets for you. Explorer users get 10 messages/day; Pro users get unlimited.

Explorer (Free) gives you 3 lab uploads/month, 2 device connections, and 10 AI messages/day. Pro ($14.99/month or $149.99/year) gives unlimited labs, unlimited devices, unlimited AI chat, full historical trends, data export, and advanced insights.

Go to Settings → Billing to view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is never deleted. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage it in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Go to Data in the sidebar. Use Import Data to upload CSV files from other health apps — AI auto-maps your columns. Use Export Data to download your complete health data in CSV, JSON, PDF report, or Apple Health XML format.

Click the gear icon in the header → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This is irreversible and permanently removes all your health data, lab results, and preferences. To selectively delete data without removing your account, go to Data → Manage Data.

Yes. SynthVitals uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), operates on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with regular security audits, and maintains Business Associate Agreements with all cloud providers. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
