Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
- After the period ends, your account will revert to the free Explorer plan
Lab Testing Orders
Lab Orders Are Non-Refundable
Lab test orders are non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the laboratory. This includes physician review, lab requisitions, blood draws, and completed results — these services cannot be reversed.
Because lab orders involve third-party laboratory services and licensed physician review that are fulfilled immediately upon submission, they are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to subscriptions.
- Before submission: If the order fails to reach the lab (e.g., a technical error during processing), a full automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- After submission: Once your order has been sent to the laboratory, no refund can be issued. This applies regardless of whether you complete the blood draw or pick up your requisition.
- Issues with results: If you experience a problem with the testing process or your results, please contact our support team. While we cannot issue refunds for completed lab work, we will work with you and the laboratory to resolve any issues.
Refund Eligibility
First-Time Subscribers
If you are a first-time Pro subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Monthly Subscriptions
After the 30-day money-back period, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, cancellations will prevent future renewals, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining term.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscription and refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
- Lab testing orders that have been submitted to the laboratory (see Lab Testing Orders above)
